Netra offers a wide array of academic art classes including oil paint, water-color, pastel, pencil, charcoal, acrylic, ceramics and other essential artistic mediums. We believe in providing students with individual attention and therefore offer small classes. Day time and evening classes are offered to accommodate all students.

Our proactive plan for safe classes

Drop Off/Pick-Up

1. In order to minimize contact in the studio, no parents will be allowed in the studio. All parents will be asked to bring their student to the studio door for drop off and pick up. Students exhibiting any signs of illness will be sent home. If your student has chronic allergies, please inform the office before their first class.

2. Students will be required to wash or sanitize their hands when they come into the studio.

3. Any questions for the manager or teacher need to be addressed during office hours via phone or email.

Distancing and Sanitation

1. All staff and students will be scanned with an infrared thermometer before entering the studio. Anyone an elevated temperature (over 100.4 degrees per the CDC definition of a fever) will be sent home.

2. All staff and students will be required to wear masks.

3. Class sizes will be limited to a maximum of six (6) students per class with one teacher.

4. Students will be placed a minimum of six (6) feet apart from one another.

5. Students will use sanitized supplies and benches for their entire class (there will be no sharing of materials)

6. All staff will be required to sanitize their hands frequently.

IN STUDIO CLASSES: We will have a condensed schedule for our ongoing classes for the months of June and July, and possibly August. We hope to return to our regular schedule with all of our teachers in the fall, depending on regulations from the city and state. We will be first contacting families to re-enroll in studio classes who prepaid to hold their seats and/or who are enrolled in online classes. In the meantime, please email us with your preferred time and day as spaces are limited. We are currently only scheduling for those returning in June.

IN-STUDIO SUMMER CAMPS: Camps will start the week of June 22. You will find our camp schedule on our website.

ONLINE CLASSES IN JUNE: If you are not ready to join us in the studio yet, we are also offering our online classes for the month of June!

ONLINE CLASSES IN JULY: We will be offering a second session of our online classes for the month of July. For this second session, we will offer the same images (taught from April-June), but we will alternate drawing one week and coloring the next week. Click here for schedule for our online classes.

ONLINE SUMMER CAMPS: We are working on an online Creatures summer camp, and an online Anime summer camp. These will have a sampling of projects from our in-studio camps, and will be 2 hours long,
